What separates this from a classical management consultancy is that identified digital enablers do not have to be handed to a third party. Where required, Somos-Co designs, builds, deploys and operates them itself — and takes operating responsibility for them.

Peter Somos helps industrial and regulated organisations stabilise and transform their operational performance.
His experience covers supply chain, operational excellence, ERP programmes, quality management, transformation governance and international improvement portfolios with quantified results.
In mandates he takes responsibility for the steering logic: a credible baseline, a defined KPI set, clear accountabilities, a management cadence and validation of the benefits actually realised.
Vencel Somos
Digital Engineering & Infrastructure Lead
Vencel Somos leads the technical delivery of digital products and platforms.
His work spans full-stack engineering, Kubernetes-based operations, CI/CD, observability, secure infrastructure, e-commerce, IoT and digital twins.
He builds and operates both owned and partner-led platforms, combining product development with production-grade platform operations.
Maya Somos
Project Manager
Maya Somos leads work through delivery: planning, schedule, dependencies and the coordination between business, technology and partners.
She keeps a mandate’s steering rhythm — status tracking, decision papers, risks and open points — and makes sure agreed actions carry an owner and a date.
Anita Somos
Managing Director — Back Office & Finance
Anita Somos is responsible for back office and finance — from order and invoice processing to the commercial documentation of mandates.
She keeps the commercial side of a mandate to the same cadence as the delivery side: clear processes, traceable records and dependable dates.
